Alejandra serves as the Program Manager for Family Engagement & Advocacy at LEAF, where she leads the implementation of programs that empower first-generation students and their families. She oversees workshops, family programming, and community partnerships to ensure that all initiatives are culturally responsive, relevant, and impactful.

A proud graduate of Santa Clara University, Ale earned a bachelor’s degree with triple majors in Spanish, Ethnic Studies, and Sociology, and a minor in Latin American Studies.

Her professional experience spans community engagement, case management, and family advocacy, reflecting her deep commitment to educational equity and belonging. Outside of work, she enjoys going to the beach, attending concerts, and spending quality time with family and friends.
