Arturo Muñoz leads communications and external relations at the Latino Education Advancement Foundation (LEAF), where he develops narrative-driven strategies that expand higher-education access for Latino students in San José. With over eight years of experience in advocacy, brand development, and community engagement, he drives campaigns that elevate student voices, mobilize donor and community support, and strengthen LEAF’s visibility and impact.

In addition to his role at LEAF, Arturo leads his business, Barrio Voices, a platform dedicated to uplifting marginalized stories through culturally rooted communication.
