Lucia Fernandez-Palacios is the Senior Director of Growth and Strategic Communications at LEAF, leading the marketing and development efforts for the organization. She brings over 20 years of experience in partnership building and brand growth across both the corporate and social impact sectors.

Before joining LEAF, Lucia spent 10 years at Juma Ventures as Executive Director of Corporate Partnerships & Marketing, following a successful career advising Fortune 500 clients on multicultural media strategy at agencies like OMD U.S.A., Dieste, and the Bravo Group. A champion for youth development and educational equity, Lucia is eager to build meaningful partnerships to ensure Latinx students in the South Bay get the resources and support they need to thrive.
