As LEAF’s Senior Program Coordinator for the College Success Program, Ashley Rosas plays a key role in supporting first-generation college students as they navigate higher education with confidence and purpose. After nearly three years serving as LEAF’s Operations Manager, she now brings her strong organizational background and student-centered approach directly to Scholars and their families. As a transfer student who completed middle and high school in Mexico, Ashley brings first-hand experience navigating the U.S. higher education system and confidently supports students and families in Spanish.
A proud graduate of Santa Clara University, Ashley earned her B.S. in Mathematics with minors in Spanish and Urban Education. A Latina in STEM and first-generation college graduate, she deeply understands the experiences and challenges faced by the students she serves. Her long-standing commitment to educational equity is evident through years of tutoring, mentoring, and partnering with schools and community organizations. At LEAF, Ashley’s empathy, expertise, and belief in every student’s potential are essential to advancing our mission to empower Latinx students and families.
