As Data & Learning Manager at LEAF, Jorge Banuelos supports the organization’s data operations and program learning to help first-generation Latinx college students get the support they need to succeed. He brings four years of direct program experience as LEAF’s Senior Program Coordinator for the College Success Program, giving him a deep understanding of the scholars and families LEAF serves. Jorge spearheaded the organization’s migration to the Apricot Social Solutions case management system, trained staff on its use, and developed custom reports that strengthen data-driven decision-making across the organization.

A proud product of East San José and a graduate of Latino College Preparatory Academy, Jorge knows firsthand the journey LEAF’s scholars are on. He holds a B.S. in Managerial Economics with a Minor in Technology Management from the University of California, Davis, and brings his personal connection to advancing LEAF’s mission every day.
