As Finance and Special Projects Associate, Magda brings more than a decade of international experience in project coordination, finance, and operations to the Latino Education Advancement Foundation (LEAF). She has worked across corporate, nonprofit, and education sectors in Europe and the United States, supporting teams through process improvements, data tracking, and strategic planning.

Originally from Poland and fluent in five languages, Magda is passionate about multicultural collaboration and advancing equity-focused initiatives. At LEAF, she manages financial systems, monitors program budgets, and leads special projects to strengthen organizational effectiveness.

Magda holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Warsaw University. Her collaborative and solutions-driven approach supports LEAF’s mission to empower students and families in East San José.
