As Senior Manager of Data and Technology, Tom brings 15 years of experience in educational technology and online student support systems to the Latino Education Advancement Foundation (LEAF). For the past eight years, he served at Downtown College Prep (DCP), a South Bay charter school dedicated to empowering first-generation students to succeed in college and beyond. At DCP, he applied his expertise in school information systems and K–12 technology platforms to strengthen student outcomes, aligning closely with LEAF’s mission to advance equitable education for Latino youth.

Tom holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Information Technology from Santa Clara University and a B.S. in Industrial Technology from California Polytechnic State University. He is committed to expanding access and opportunity for underserved communities.
